What impact you will have

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and validating electrical systems that power and control our DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) products. This includes working on power distribution, control logic, sensors, and system integration to ensure our cooling solutions are safe, efficient, and production-ready.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop electrical and control systems for DLC hardware, including power delivery, sensor networks, and communication interfaces.
  • Create PCB schematics, wiring harnesses, and electrical layouts for prototypes and production units.
  • Integrate electrical and control subsystems with mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems.
  • Develop and execute electrical validation, reliability, and safety tests.
  • Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, and design optimization during prototype and pilot builds.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (UL, CE, IEC, etc.) and internal quality/safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and thermal engineering).
  • Work with suppliers and fabrication partners to specify components and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Contribute to documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical system or PCB design, preferably for industrial, server, or data center hardware.
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage power systems, grounding, and protection circuits.
  • Experience with PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and electrical design documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with sensors, control logic, and signal conditioning.
  • Ability to design and troubleshoot circuits using lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.).
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one job level. The actual base pay is dependent on a number of factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.
  • A great work environment characterised by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach.
  • You´ll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution.
