Uncapped Commission. No Experience Needed.

 

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!  

 

What You’ll Earn:

  • $20/hour + Uncapped Commission Bonuses
  • Total Compensation: $50-60k annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door. 
  • Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions.  
  • Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
  • A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
