Summary: The Manager, Global Influencer Marketing - Kits & Accessories is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of global press kits from concept to delivery and product forecasting. This includes leading creative ideation with the design team, overseeing sourcing and production of branded materials, managing global product forecasting, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery across markets. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and financial oversight, while guiding junior team members and optimizing processes to support brand and campaign objectives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creative & Strategic Development

  • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of kit themes in partnership with Design, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, campaign strategy.
  • Oversee sourcing and sampling of materials and branded merch, balancing quality, functionality, and budget efficiency.
  • Manage the development of branded collateral (shopping bags, notecards, packaging, etc.), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity.

Project & Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end project timelines for all global press kits, from forecasting and procurement to delivery.
  • Manage product and kit forecasting for launches and events, ensuring accurate quantity allocation by market and launch scale.
  • Lead purchase order management across markets, education, and corporate needs, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.
  • Coordinate shipment bookings and logistics with the Distribution Center (DC) and regional leads, ensuring pre-seeding and priority launches are met within tight timelines.
  • Partner with the office and events teams to manage adhoc kit and merch requests, ensuring high-quality, timely execution for brand moments and activations.

Cross-Functional & Financial Management

  • Liaise with Finance to oversee supplier payments, deposits, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Master Data and Supply Chain teams on SKU and barcode creation, maintaining data integrity for all warehouse items.
  • Maintain strong communication with cross-functional partners across Design, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure alignment and efficiency at all stages.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering growth, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and global coordination.
