The Opportunity

As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand identity. You will own all PR and marketing communications across internal and external channels.

You will build and lead a marketing and communications function from the ground up, establish global standards of excellence, and ensure strategic alignment with the company’s long-term vision.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive 12-month marketing and PR roadmap aligned with the 2-year business strategy
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team, including hiring strategy and capability development
  • Oversee all external PR and internal communications to ensure a consistent and strong brand voice across all channels
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on market sentiment, competitor activity, and brand positioning
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, CAC/LTV, and ROI optimization
  • Navigate high-stakes ambiguity such as brand pivots and expansion into new global markets while maintaining brand integrity
