Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–4 years of experience to support and manage key HR operations, including payroll, personnel administration, employee relations, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll and personnel processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively support employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Process and manage monthly payroll accurately using the company’s payroll system.
Ensure payroll data is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
Personnel Administration
Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files and documentation.
Handle employment contracts, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle documentation.
Manage social insurance processes and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Medical Insurance Administration
Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, renewals, additions, and deletions.
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding medical insurance inquiries and issues.
Liaise with insurance providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Employee Support
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related topics.
HR Policies & Compliance
Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
Reporting & HR Operations
Produce and submit regular HR reports and analytics.
Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Support ongoing HR initiatives and operational projects as required.
