Salary: $80,000 AUD per annum

Purpose

This role drives sales growth and market expansion across assigned regions by managing customer relationships, executing sales and merchandising strategies, and acquiring new retail partners. It is responsible for increasing revenue, negotiating retail contracts, and supporting system installations in new locations, while using market insights to identify growth opportunities. The role also includes hands-on responsibilities as a service technician, providing POS system support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer operations

Key Duties

  • Sales & Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets, maintain a structured call cycle, identify new business opportunities, and expand revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Business Development & Reporting: Generate new leads through research, cold calling, and store visits; compile prospect lists; monitor market trends and competitors; and prepare sales reports and expense records to inform business decisions.
  • Product Sales & Contract Management: Promote ICT goods and services, assess customer needs, negotiate pricing and contract terms, process orders, and ensure delivery, installation, and service provisioning are completed effectively.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Excellence: Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining strong in-store relationships, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support & Compliance: Provide hands-on support for ECP POS systems and terminals, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring contractual and system compliance, adapting solutions to customer needs, and supporting installations and post-sale service (including after-hours support where
