Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading firm operating across DeFi and CeFi on multiple chains and exchanges. We build low-latency, market-neutral arbitrage systems in a highly competitive environment.

We're hiring our first dedicated IT Administrator. Today, IT responsibilities sit scattered across the team - you'll bring them under one owner at Humbility going forward. You'll report directly to the CTO and have the autonomy to pick the tools, set the standards, and run the function as you see fit. It's a hands-on role and fully on-site in Vilnius. Half your time goes to identity and endpoint engineering - SSO, MDM, secrets, automation. The other half is the office itself: setting up workstations, coordinating AV installs, and racking, cabling, and moving the hardware that flows through our lab on its way to datacenters around the world.

In this position, you will:

  • Own identity and access end-to-end - SSO lifecycle, MFA, SCIM, secret management, and password policies (Okta is our primary IdP)
  • Run our Mac fleet via MDM - policies, baselines, patching, and zero-touch onboarding
  • Set up and maintain workstations - onboard new hires and support the team day-to-day on hardware, software, and best practices
  • Handle the physical side - rack, cable, and stage networking and server equipment in our lab as it cycles through to datacenters
  • Plan and procure office IT - equipment, AV installs, meeting room setups, supplier coordination
  • Troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Automate the repetitive stuff and keep improving how we work
  • Document everything so processes don't live in one person's head
  • Uphold IT security best practices across endpoints and systems
