Who we are!

Elementl Power Inc. is an advanced nuclear project developer and independent power producer, building scalable pathways for clean resilient energy. We break the stalemate in advanced nuclear deployment by delivering turnkey development, financing, and ownership solutions -- empowering customers to access nuclear power without the burden of operating assets.

The Opportunity.

Elementl Power is developing utility-scale advanced nuclear projects, which means our IT operations have to stand up to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Department of Energy (DOE) export-control oversight and the documentation scrutiny that comes with institutional capital and federal regulators. We're hiring an IT Operations Lead to own the day-to-day execution of that program.

Reporting to the VP of AI & IT, you will turn our compliance and security architecture into auditable, reliable operations across Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. This is an operator role: you ship the work, run the systems, and own the evidence.

Compliance-grade IT operations are foundational to Elementl's ability to engage with regulators, institutional investors, lenders, and sophisticated counterparties. The auditable controls, controlled-data architecture, and operational discipline you build are what allow the company to develop advanced nuclear projects under NRC and DOE regulatory expectations and the export-control obligations that come with handling controlled technical data. Decisions you make in this role determine whether the company's data, identity, and endpoint posture can withstand external audit and support the long-duration documentation requirements of nuclear development.
