Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Location: Clearwater, FL serving greater Pinellas County.
Job Type: Seasonal/Part-Time
Pay: $23–$29/hr+ (Total Compensation) including:
- $14/hr base rate
- Tips
- Profit share & performance incentives - Get a share of every job completed!
Schedule — Summer Seasonal & Part-Time
- Seasonal availability: Summer 2026
- Part-time: 2–3 shifts per week, with weekends as needed
- Weekend shifts available — great for those with weekday commitments
- Shifts run 8–12 hours, anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM depending on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
- Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
- Keep trucks clean and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 21+ Years and older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
