Join Our Team as a Legal Counsel!
Become part of our Legal team as a lawyer. Holding this role, you will be part of the SanLucar legal team and work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating and advising on the legal aspects of the Group on a national and international level.
Your passion - our daily business
- You will be providing legal support to the different departments of the company (branding, R&D, logistics, commercial, quality, etc.) and to the subsidiaries.
- You will be monitoring and offering day-to-day support for the Group's various projects at national and international level.
- You will be drafting and reviewing documents and contracts between the different companies of the group and with third parties.
- You will be following up and coordinating with external consultants and advisors.
- You will be ensuring that all the above-mentioned tasks are carried out to guarantee optimum safety and quality of the product.

Requirements
What you'll bring along
- You have at least 4 years' experience as a graduate lawyer in a law firm or similar, having worked in the area of commercial law and international contracts.
- You have languages skills: Spanish, English; knowledge of other languages (French and German) would be an asset.
- You have knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law (mandatory).
- You have sector experience (in fast moving consumer goods or Fruit & Vegetables) as a plus.
- You have high detail orientation in the daily work routine.
- You have a proactive, hands-on attitude and are used to working in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have flexibility to travel if needed.
