As Marketing Manager at Beyond, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for both the management and hands-on execution of activity that drives pipeline, builds brand presence, and supports the commercial ambitions of the business.
This is a varied, high-impact role spanning campaign delivery, content, website management, demand generation, events, automation and reporting. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing and sales, as well as external partners, to ensure activity is delivered to a high standard and aligned to our strategic priorities.

Role Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, from initial brief through to post-campaign analysis, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.
- Content Creation & Support Support the development and production of marketing content across formats including written collateral, thought leadership, case studies, sales enablement materials, and digital assets. Work with subject matter experts across the business to bring ideas to life.
- Social Media Management Own the day-to-day management of Beyond's social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Monitor performance and iterate based on data.
- Website Management Take ownership of the Beyond website on a day-to-day basis, including publishing and updating content, managing landing pages to support campaign activity, and working with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain accuracy, performance, and a strong user experience.
- Demand Generation Performance Track and manage the performance of demand generation activity, monitoring key metrics including leads, MQLs, and SQLs, and making recommendations to optimise performance against FY targets.
- Event Support & Delivery Support the planning and on-the-ground delivery of trade shows, roundtables, and bespoke events, including logistics coordination, vendor liaison, on-site management, and post-event data capture.
- Marketing Automation Manage the automation of marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email nurture flows and lead management. Support the development and maintenance of sales cadences in collaboration with the sales team.
- Performance Reporting Support the production of regular performance reporting across the marketing department, pulling together data from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing manager role, comfortable operating across both strategy support and hands-on execution
- Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong content creation skills across a range of formats and audiences
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels in a B2B environment
- Experience managing and updating websites, ideally using a CMS such as WordPress or similar
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and lead management
- Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Experience supporting event delivery, from planning through to on-site execution
- Confident working with data to report on and optimise marketing performance
- Comfortable managing external agencies and third-party suppliers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Desirable
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with the ability to produce and adapt marketing assets independently.
