- Support internal business systems, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve workflows related to sales, purchasing, production, project management, and operations.
- Drive standardization and scalability across business processes and systems.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
