See something that should exist? Build it.
See a better way? Do it.

At Terrific, every role directly impacts how we grow from product to revenue to customer experience. We’re building the next generation of social commerce through live shopping powered by real-time data and AI.

And we believe customer data should belong to the brands who earn it — not third-party platforms.

Ops + FP&A
Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

What this role is

We are not hiring a spreadsheet custodian. We are hiring someone who can help leadership run the business with commercial clarity.

Terrific is building a revenue engine across human-led sales, product-led growth, automated cross-sell, partner-led revenue, and platform economics. That means finance and operations cannot behave like back-office reporting. This seat exists to help leadership understand what is happening, why it is happening, what it means financially, and where to intervene next. That logic is directly aligned with the Terrific operating standard: create measurable value, prove why it happened, and build growth that compounds. On page 3 of the Revenue DNA deck, the revenue model is explicitly built in layers; on page 6, “Commercial Accountability” means owning the number and the forecast, with no vanity pipeline.

What you will do

  • Own forecasting, planning, operating models, and performance reporting across revenue and company operations
  • Build and maintain the models leadership uses to understand ARR, pipeline quality, conversion, CAC efficiency, retention, expansion, usage-based revenue, and partner performance
  • Help management make better decisions on hiring, headcount allocation, revenue coverage, deal economics, and investment priorities
  • Create reporting that distinguishes signal from noise and links performance to action
  • Partner with the CEO, revenue leadership, and functional owners on budgets, scenarios, targets, and operating reviews
  • Build dashboards and planning rhythms that improve forecast credibility and operating discipline
  • Pressure-test assumptions in pipeline, pricing, partner models, and platform revenue logic
  • Use AI where useful to accelerate synthesis, scenario modeling, and operating analysis

What great looks like

  • You can move from messy data to decision-ready clarity quickly
  • You understand that forecast quality is not an accounting exercise; it is a leadership tool
  • You can spot whether a problem is coverage, conversion, pricing, retention, usage, or execution discipline
  • You can talk credibly with the CEO, VP Revenue, and operators without hiding behind finance language
  • You know the difference between activity metrics and actual economic progress

Minimum bar

  • 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, revenue operations, business operations, or a hybrid role
  • Strong modeling ability and comfort building operating views from imperfect inputs
  • Experience in at least one of Terrific’s three pillars: eCommerce, Marketing, or Media
  • Enough fluency across the other two to support decisions credibly from day 1
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue mechanics; bonus if you have worked with usage-based or marketplace/platform models
  • Comfortable with forecast design, scenario planning, board-ready reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences
  • Able to challenge assumptions directly and back it up with numbers

Non-negotiables

  • You must care about commercial truth, not just clean reporting
  • You must be able to translate operating performance into financial consequence
  • You must be comfortable calling out weak assumptions, soft forecasts, and vanity metrics
  • You must be able to support a company building multiple revenue layers, not just a standard SaaS sales motion

This isn't for someone who

  • Is only good at budget control, weak at revenue logic
  • Can report numbers, but cannot explain what is driving them
  • Treats pipeline as a CRM artifact instead of a forecast problem
  • Has no understanding of media monetization, marketing efficiency, or commerce economics

Why join

This is a leverage role. You will help shape how Terrific allocates resources, judges performance, and scales its revenue engine. If you want a seat where finance and ops directly influence strategy, hiring, and growth quality, this is it.

Required: deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
