Purpose of Position

This is a 6-month onsite internship. The successful candidate will be a part of the Korea team standing as one of the fastest growing markets to strengthen voice and expand market share.

We are looking for a learning-addicted, well-organized and detail-minded Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion in maximizing his/ her own learning outcomes during the internship. He/ She will be focusing on market research (Marketing angle of our Colab products and trends) and Design ideas/ reference of the collection.

 

Job Description

  • Participate in ideation, planning, and execution of design projects for marketing campaigns, focusing on branded/performance initiatives.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring consistent brand identity and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, web, and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct design research, gather inspiration, and stay updated on the latest design trends in the industry.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements.
  • Support the team in maintaining and updating the company's visual assets, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.
  • Assist in managing the visual aspects of the company's social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Other ad-hoc design projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Year 1 to Final year university students and those with less than 3 years of experience, preferably with a fashion, design, or business administration background.
  • Marketing, Fashion, Design, or Business Administration major is preferred, and anyone eager to learn more about communications & marketing.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.
  • Fluent in Korean and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Inspired, self-initiated, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
