Job Summary: Wolfe House & Building Movers, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing and administration. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire payroll cycle from data collection to payroll processing and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting departments on payroll issues and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports accurately and on time.
  • Conduct periodic audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with changes in payroll laws and technology to keep payroll operations up-to-date and efficient.
  • Supervise payroll staff, if applicable, and provide training as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
