YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a precise, process-obsessed People Operations Specialist. You will be the technical custodian of our employee data. Your mandate is to ensure that Workday is the "source of truth," that global payroll inputs are error-free, and that our employment compliance audit trails are perfect. You are the engine room that ensures the People function runs on accurate data and  processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HRIS (Workday) & Data Governance

  • Transaction Execution: Execute high-volume operational tasks in Workday, including job requisitions, compensation changes, photo approvals, and personal data updates.
  • Data Auditing: Perform weekly audits of new hire information and termination data to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate raw data reports for the Leadership Team, specifically focusing on "Rhythm of the Business" metrics and InfoSec audit requirements.

Payroll & Benefits Operations

  • Payroll Log Management: Own the preparation and accuracy of payroll data logs for US (bi-weekly), EMEA (monthly), and India.
  • Benefits Administration: Execute the backend enrollment/termination processes for benefits (e.g., pension portals, Ringo accounts) and file signed compensation plans into Workday.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain a pristine digital paper trail for internal/external finance audits.

Lifecycle Administration

  • Process Orchestration: Trigger and track the workflow steps for onboarding (I-9s, ID checks) and offboarding (separation letters, holiday pay calculations) across US, EMEA, and India.
  • Contractor Operations: Manage the administrative lifecycle of contractors via Deel (onboarding setup, contract adjustments, and termination processing).
  • Probation Tracking: Manage the data tracking for probation periods (UK/DE/India), ensuring automated notifications are sent and outcomes are logged in the system.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Legal Documentation: Draft and issue standard template letters (Visas, Magistrate requests) based on SOPs.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Update technical process documentation (e.g., RACI matrices) in the HR Hub to ensure operational procedures are current.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To ensure success in this technical role, we require:

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related roles in a high-growth environment
  • Workday Operations: Significant, hands-on experience executing business processes (hire, change job, terminate) and data entry within Workday. You must understand the downstream impact of data fields.
  • Operational Background: Experience working in an HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll coordination role.
  • Process Documentation: Proven ability to create, follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
  • Data Handling: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reconciling payroll logs and auditing data sets against the HRIS, including highly confidential data.
  • Ticket Management: Experience managing high-volume requests via a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) with a focus on SLA adherence rather than general advisory.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Global Systems: Familiarity with Deel (Contractors), Checkr (Background Checks), or similar global platforms.
  • Knowledge Management: Experience maintaining internal wikis or knowledge bases (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Comp Cycles: Experience assisting with the backend execution of annual compensation cycles (e.g., data validation, generating letters).
  • Industry: Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Tech environment where accuracy under pressure is key.

If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
