About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our CRM product capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver solutions that drive real value for our users and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and maintain the product backlog for CRM-related features, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Write clear user stories and product specifications that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and review ceremonies alongside engineering leads.
  • Communicate product updates, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst working with CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) with a solid understanding of core CRM concepts, workflows, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce (any cloud — Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
