As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building a new growth function, owning your market focus, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across tech and senior professional roles while shaping the future of our recruitment practice.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Build and own your own recruitment desk, from defining your market focus through to developing long-term client relationships and delivering successful placements
  • Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment, from initial brief through to placement and follow-up
  • Proactively develop new client relationships through business development, referrals, and ongoing partnerships
  • Partner with clients to understand their business context and translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience that reflects Recruitis’ standards and reputation
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives that help shape how Recruitis operates as we scale

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in an agency environment
  • Strong business development capability with end-to-end client ownership experience
  • A track record of delivering on senior, or hard-to-fill roles
  • A consultative mindset and the ability to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and candidates globally
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness
