About Middesk:
Middesk makes it easier for businesses to work together. Since 2018, we’ve been transforming business identity verification, replacing slow, manual processes with seamless access to complete, up-to-date data. Our platform helps companies across industries confidently verify business identities, onboard customers faster, and reduce risk at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Middesk came out of Y Combinator, is backed by Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, and was recently named to Forbes Fintech 50 List.
About The Role:
We're looking for an AI-native RevOps operator to own and evolve how Middesk's revenue organization runs. In this role, you'll build the automations, internal tools, and intelligent workflows that power our GTM engine, using AI as the primary lever to reduce manual work, surface insights faster, and give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and performance. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who moves fast and thinks strategically.
We follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 3 days per week in our NYC office. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance, as we believe in the value of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections while also supporting flexibility where possible.
What You'll Do:
Own and expand Middesk's AI-powered RevOps capabilities, identifying, building, and scaling workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate GTM execution
Use tools like Claude, Salesforce, Gong, BigQuery, and Slack to build internal tools, automations, and prompt-driven systems that improve how revenue teams operate
Design and automate core operational processes, including business planning, reporting, and ongoing GTM operations management — with AI as the primary driver
Build AI-assisted analysis frameworks to surface win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance signals faster and at greater depth than traditional approaches
Develop automated reporting that connects product usage metrics to revenue outcomes, including consumption trends, activation rates, and expansion cohorts
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the full customer lifecycle, leveraging AI tooling to monitor signals at scale
Maintain Salesforce as the system of record, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and building intelligent automation that reduces rep burden and improves data quality
Evaluate and optimize the broader GTM tech stack with an eye toward AI-native tooling, and build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue performance
Stay current on the AI tools landscape and bring a strong point of view on where investment creates the most leverage for the revenue organization
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in a rigorous, fast-paced environment – RevOps, Bizops, strategy, consulting, or a comparable role where you owned complex cross-functional work
Genuinely AI-native: you don't just use AI tools, you build with them. Automations, internal tools, prompt systems, or integrations that solve real problems without needing an engineer
Smart, analytical, and strategic – you can break down ambiguous problems, identify the right question to ask, and translate data into clear recommendations
You move fast, context-switch well, and thrive in environments where the work isn't always defined for you
Strong communicator with executive presence who is comfortable presenting recommendations and framing trade-offs to senior stakeholders
Ability to own the full RevOps surface area including systems, process design, reporting, and AI tooling, with high autonomy
Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
