Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months
Native or C2 Dutch; Fluent English
1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred
Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission
Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)
€60,000–90,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
