School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 

AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in school-based settings. In this role, you’ll help students strengthen their communication skills so they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • Location: Ellicott City, MD
  • Start Date: August 13, 2026 - June 8, 2027
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $88,000 annualized salary

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a variety of communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students.
  • Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatic language, and AAC needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and special education teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and progress discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and recommendations.
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
