👀 The Role
Title: Senior Data Analyst
Team: Analytics / Data
Salary: Up to £90,000
Location: Remote UK
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst to help Midnite make smarter decisions through insight, analysis, and stakeholder partnership.
This role will sit at the centre of how we understand customer behaviour, retention, product performance, and commercial opportunity. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Commercial, and Trading teams to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations that influence real business outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how analytics supports decision-making across the business while helping us deepen our understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle performance as we continue to scale.
