Your Mission 

We are looking for a Senior Dispute Specialist to join our Dispute team. Reporting to our Dispute Performance Team Lead you will be supporting the team on handling merchants’ disputes and assisting clients with various queries regarding the re-presentment process and optimizing the dispute process performance.

 

The Dispute Resolution Optimization Analyst is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 (GMT+2).

 

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

·       Perform daily operational activities, including monitoring and managing the dispute flow.

·       Optimize internal dispute management procedures and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

·       Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

·       Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
