About the Company

Our client is a high-growth healthcare AI company redefining patient access through specialty-focused agentic voice AI. Their platform automates patient communication across calls and digital channels—handling scheduling, refills, intake, and more—while integrating directly into provider workflows and EHR systems.

With $76M in Series B funding and 15× revenue growth since late 2024, our client is emerging as a category leader in AI-powered patient engagement, rapidly expanding across providers and health systems and redefining how patient access is delivered at scale.

The Mission

To make patient access effortless by eliminating friction in healthcare communication and enabling providers to deliver better, faster care.

The Opportunity

Our client is hiring their first in-house Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale a regional field marketing engine from the ground up. You will own high-impact programs—executive dinners, customer events, and roadshows—that directly generate pipeline and revenue.

This is a true zero-to-one role with strong executive visibility, partnering closely with Sales and the Head of Events. With 100+ events planned this year, you will define how field marketing drives growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pre-event targeting, meeting booking, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Build feedback loops with Sales to track pipeline performance and optimize ROI.

  • Develop scalable playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks.

  • Analyze event performance (pipeline attribution, conversion rates, ROI) to guide strategy.

  • Manage vendors, budgets, and multiple programs across regions.

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of field/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.

  • Proven zero-to-one experience building field marketing programs from scratch.

  • Strong sales alignment experience, including pipeline metrics and follow-up workflows.

  • Track record of executing in-person events tied to pipeline generation.

  • Operational rigor across processes, reporting, and budget management.

  • Based in SF or NYC with a willingness for hybrid work and frequent travel.
