What You’ll Do
Build and scale high-throughput APIs and services (50M+ daily events)
Own features end-to-end, from design to production
Improve system performance, reliability, and security
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
Mentor junior engineers as you grow into a leadership role
What You Bring
6–10 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and debugging
Experience with modern web stacks (e.g., JavaScript + any OOP backend)
Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Ability to work hybrid in the DC area (relocation supported)
