Overview


The Senior Staffing Support Specialist will manage customer fulfillment opportunities and partner closely with the Staffing sales BDE team to drive and promote staffing services for the Strategic Staffing group. This role is responsible for supporting the full staffing lifecycle, maintaining strong customer and candidate relationships, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the hiring and placement process.


Your Impact


The essential functions of this position include:

  • Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team
  • Ensure all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed accurately and timely
  • Partner with sales teams and staffing partners nationwide to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing opportunities
  • Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments with ePlus engineering staff
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE
  • Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed
  • Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support reporting, tracking, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications


  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of staffing support, recruiting coordination, or staffing operations experience
  • Strong understanding of staffing services and recruiting processes
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases preferred  (Job Diva is our ATS)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with management, sales teams, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • General business acumen and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting staffing sales and customer fulfillment processes
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills with both clients and candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and staffing engagements simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and accuracy

Position Specifics


The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $80,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.
