What you’ll be doing:

Architect and Standardize: Lead the design and evolution of high-performance, cross-platform mobile architectures using Flutter, ensuring a unified and scalable codebase for both iOS and Android.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leadership-including Product, Design, and Backend - to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution.
Performance Engineering: Oversee the implementation of complex features, setting the gold standard for app responsiveness, resource optimization, and long-term reliability.
Agile Leadership: Drive engineering excellence within Agile ceremonies, streamlining sprint planning and refinements to accelerate delivery velocity and team predictability.
Technical Governance: Establish rigorous code review standards, comprehensive testing strategies (Unit/Integration), and CI/CD best practices to ensure world-class maintainability and performance.
Tech Stack Evolution: Act as a technical scout, identifying and integrating modern technologies and patterns to keep the Angkas ecosystem at the forefront of the industry.
UI/UX Stewardship: Champion a culture of "pixel-perfection," ensuring the engineering team delivers high-fidelity interfaces that align strictly with design specifications and brand identity.
