We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Technical Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and leading technical projects that help us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will be collaborating closely with different teams, solving challenges, and driving improvements – all while fostering a positive and engaging team atmosphere.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading technical projects and initiatives, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, offering technical expertise and practical solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding colleagues to build skills and confidence within the technical team.
  • Helping investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Contributing to documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
