As a Housekeeper, you will ensure is to clean and tidy all rooms and hallways of the hotel, as well as to replenish all necessary room amenities, in accordance with the directions of the Housekeeping Manager with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained and organized
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping inventory as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries
