As a Spa Therapist, you will provide visitors with professional and exciting wellness and massage treatments. The ideal candidate shall be able to offer a complete range of treatments covering the different needs of our guests taken care of by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities

  • Assess guest needs and preferences, and provide customized spa experiences
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in treatment rooms and work areas
  • Promote and sell spa products to enhance the guest experience and meet sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in spa techniques and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless operations
