As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily restaurant operation, maintain the high-quality standard of services provided and ensure an exceptional guest service. Your duties include managing daily operations for the smooth operation of the restaurant, supervising and managing employees and creating daily work schedules with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees, ensuring staff are delivering on the Grecotel brand values and standards of service excellence
- Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to Grecotel’s standards
- Liaise with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager on menu planning, promotions, and special events
- Maintain knowledge of local competition and make recommendations to continually improve Grecotel’s offerings and remain competitive
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
