About the role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the Sales organization in achieving its targets by contributing to the operational and administrative backbone of the business.
This role is ideal for students in their final year or recent graduates looking to start their career in a global and fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal back-office systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Support the creation, validation and delivery of customer quotations in a timely manner
- Submit and follow up on availability and pricing requests through to completion
- Coordinate communication across internal teams to meet customer deadlines
- Respond to sales queries with clear, accurate and well-researched information
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support sales performance
- Support the quoting and ordering process end-to-end
- Assist in pre- and post-sales activities, including large Internet and SD-WAN opportunities
