Manage the accounts receivable portfolio for multiple entities
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices
Send payment reminders and statements to customers
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
Maintain accurate customer account records
Prepare accounts receivable reports and aging analyses
Reconciliation of Accounts receivable clearing accounts
Generate and process tenant invoices accurately
Monitor and maintain PM accounts for multiple entities
MBO/HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and accurate
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience with AFAS systemis a plus
