Immigration & Work Permit Administration

  • Coordinate and prepare immigration and work permit applications for foreign employees.

  • Collect, verify, and organize required documentation for permit applications and renewals.

  • Liaise with the external immigration consultant regarding ongoing applications and legal requirements.

  • Monitor expiration dates of permits, visas, passports, and legal documents.

  • Ensure timely submission of renewal applications and follow up on pending cases.

  • Maintain accurate immigration records and employee files.

  • Communicate with employees regarding required documentation and immigration procedures.

  • Support employees with appointment scheduling and administrative immigration processes.

  • Assist with drafting employer support letters and related immigration correspondence.

 

HR Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration.

  • Prepare employment letters, HR forms, and personnel documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR systems.

  • Assist with leave administration, contract administration, and general HR reporting.

  • Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling when needed.

  • Assist HR management with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.

 

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, or Legal Studies.

  • Previous experience in HR administration, immigration administration, or office administration is preferred.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch; Spanish is considered a strong advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive, accurate, and service-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working with government procedures and official documentation is an advantage.
