Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Lifecycle Assistant to join our Digital team. As Lifecycle Assistant you will be the go to contact for the day-to-day coordination, building, and execution of customer retention campaigns. Working closely with the digital and creative teams, you will support the delivery of key customer lifecycle initiatives that drive repeat purchases and build loyalty. You are highly organised, eager to learn, and passionate about using customer insights along with technology - to optimise execution, spark creative ideas, and deliver flawless customer experiences.

The Role
Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:
- Own the Email Calendar: Responsible for the seamless execution (build, testing and scheduling) of the email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are deployed accurately and on time.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Provide hands-on operational support on broader lifecycle initiatives, including product launches, automated journeys, and cross-channel campaigns (SMS and Direct Mail).
- Asset Coordination & Readiness: Work closely with our Lifecycle Coordinator to liaise with the creative team to ensure delivery against project timelines, utilising processes via asana.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the team with regular channel reporting, pulling data on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis across the beauty and lifecycle landscape to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- AI Integration & Optimisation: Actively research and utilise AI tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day workflows, such as draft copywriting, subject line generation, and campaign ideation.
