What impact you will have:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our growing Modular Data Center (MDC) business. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless planning, sourcing, and delivery of components and systems required to build and deploy modular data center solutions. 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain operations within technical environments (e.g., data centers, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects) and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization. 

 

What you’ll do  

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support MDC manufacturing and deployment 
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners 
  • Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of critical components (mechanical, electrical, and structural systems) 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and project management teams 
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, including lead times, cost fluctuations, and supply continuity 
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability standards 
  • Track and report key supply chain KPIs (on-time delivery, cost savings, supplier performance) 
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor selection processes 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies 

 

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations 
  • Experience supporting data center, modular construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects preferred 
  • Strong understanding of global supply chains, logistics, and procurement processes 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex project timelines 
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain tools 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
