About Submer
Submer designs and delivers end-to-end AI datacenter infrastructure built around industry-leading liquid cooling.
We help organizations scale AI beyond the limits of traditional datacenters by enabling higher density, greater efficiency and lower environmental impact – accelerating time-to-AI from first deployment to full production.
What impact you will have
Submer Group is seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics to lead sourcing, procurement, supplier management, logistics, manufacturing support, and supply chain operations for our rapidly growing modular technologies infrastructure business.
This is not a traditional corporate VP role focused solely on strategy and management layers. We are looking for a builder with an operator mentality — someone who thrives in fast-growth environments, is comfortable working directly with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and can build scalable supply chain capabilities from the ground up while remaining deeply involved in execution.
The successful candidate will combine executive-level leadership with day-to-day operational engagement, helping scale a next-generation modular infrastructure platform supporting data centers, AI infrastructure, liquid cooling, power systems, and mission-critical technologies.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping supplier strategy, procurement operations, logistics execution, manufacturing readiness, and commercial scalability as the business continues its rapid expansion globally.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience within modular technologies, mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, industrial manufacturing, energy infrastructure, or advanced technology hardware environments and has a strong network across electrical, mechanical, cooling, fabrication, and infrastructure supply chains.
